With regard to Who owns these kingdoms, there is no difference. The Elohim Beings Own all things. But there are some interesting distinctions.
The Greek word for kingdom can also mean kingship. The reason for this is because there is no kingdom without The King of the kingdom. The King Is The Primary Being of the kingdom. Again, without The King, there is no kingdom.
These two kingdoms are not separated, but we get the privilege and honor of enjoying The Son's Kingdom Of God And The Father's Kingdom Of Heaven. Since all things were created with Their Intention And Will And Purpose For Oneness, The Father, The Only-Begotten Son, And Their Spirit Desired All Living Creations To Be Enjoying Their Absolute Oneness Concerning All Things.
Since the highest possible being They would create, a being as close in inner being and outer being as The Elohim Beings, would be Man as male and female, this humanity was created to be in Their Oneness. Humanity, as well as all living creation, were to enjoy The Magnificence And Superabundance Of Their Oneness Of Beings. However, Humanity was created to be one with Them from the moment of their creation. More about Oneness will be forthcoming. It is involved in the fabric of all creation.
The Kingdom Of God, The King of which Is Jesus The Anointed One, continues from His Incarnation Through His Millennial Reign. The Father's Kingdom Of Heaven is after His Son's Millennial Reign, after which He Turns All Things Over To The Father For Infinity.
Another distinction between these two kingdoms is where these kingdoms are, in terms of internally and externally. Jesus said The Kingdom Of God Is within you (Luke 17:21). This Kingdom Of God, Of Which Jesus Is The King, is within us, the believers in Jesus The Anointed One. That is The Kingdom Of God that is internal. It is inside our beings.
The Kingdom Of Heaven Is The Father's, which He places around us for infinity, on the outside of our beings. Therefore, we have a Oneness Of Their Kingdoms in us and around us FOREVER. The internal and the external become one in oneness. The inside of us and the outside of us merge into oneness.
When we ascend with our resurrection bodies, our being and our existence become one again. They were separated by the sin of Adam. With the new birth, our inner beings were born again, but our outer beings were locked into this external reality. When we ascend with our resurrection bodies, once again our inner beings will be matched by our resurrected bodies. That is a merger into oneness again, all because of the absolute and completed work of our Savior, Jesus our Lord, our Sovereign One Throughout Every Realm.
What A Wonderful Savior And Lord we have, forever and ever. Oneness with Him And Them forever and ever.
Grace to all of you and Peace.
