The Greek word tetelestai is the word Jesus spoke on the cross

before He yielded His spirit to The Father.

That Greek word is very significant because it it in the Greek Perfect Tense.

That tense is used mainly to indicate an event with permanent results.

One could translate it "It Is Finished Forever."

His sacrifice and everything He accomplished Through His Sacrifice

Is Finished Forever And Has Permanent, Eternal Results.

He took our sins, the guilt of sin, our sicknesses and diseases, every curse, our

punishment and chastisement and condemnation, and through His Perfect Sacrifice

He destroyed all of them forever along with all of their effects.

That is the power of the Greek word "Tetelestai."
